Overview:
This entry-level warehouse position is responsible for operating WAV’s to pick orders available according to efficiency and safety standards. Team members work together performing various duties, including but not limited to: returns, domestic/international receiving, inventory and boxing.
Weekly Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8AM – 4:30PM
Hourly rate starts at $13.00 / hr.
Responsibilities:
Follows established standard operating procedures.
Confirms orders are accurate for quantities, placement locations and garment types.
Maintain daily production records.
Communicates delays or problems that might keep a specific job from being completed.
Ensures quality standards are maintained during production.
Maintains clean and efficient work area.
Provides ideas and suggestions for improvement of processes; participate in efficiency evaluations as needed.
Follow preventative maintenance procedures as outlined in the operator’s manual.
Completes position specific training plan, and engages in continuous development utilizing a developmental plan.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
Able to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously and take initiative
Must be detail oriented
Ability to work individually as well as with a team
Ability to make sound and reasonable decisions.
