Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Collect materials and equipment for upcoming projects
- Inspect incoming deliveries for quality, quantity, and accuracy, ensuring that all items meet our standards.
- Disburse inventory to technicians as needed and maintain accurate records of inventory
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards, ensuring a safe and efficient workspace.
- Track and manage all tools and equipment
- Conduct physical truck inventories twice a year to verify and maintain accurate records.
- Manage and build new and existing trucks with tools and inventory, making sure they are properly equipped and stocked.
- Ensure that all trucks have proper safety equipment, including First Aid kits, fire extinguishers, and more.
- Ensure that only authorized personnel access the warehouse area.
- Minimize technician downtime by ensuring prompt deliveries of materials and equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor or management
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly spend hours sitting and using office equipment and computers (30% of the time).
- Regularly spend house standing and monitoring the company’s warehouse (50% of the time).
- Frequently bend, climb, and reach to stock and retrieve inventory items.
- Mobility required to attend weekly meetings.
- Regularly communicate verbally and written messages with others.
- Occasionally lift 10-50lbs.
- Must have visual acuity
