Summary:
The Warehouse Operator works on duties defined by shift and tech level. Opportunity to grow in position as new skills are developed
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Tech Level 1
- Loading & unloading trailers at any facility (Main plant, East Warehouse, ADC1)
- Operation of backpad area which includes recycling of cardboard, bins of packaging, general waste handling, bailer operation while keeping area in GMP compliance
- Tail off driving which includes printing pallet labels, ensuring lines continue operations with timely pick up of pallets, transporting pallets to stretch wrap and keep packaging lines fed with materials including corrugate & pallets
- Tech Level 2
- All of level 1 skills
- Generation of all shipment paperwork including BOLs and packing slips
- Ability to run stretch wrap machine including basic troubleshooting, loading film, manually creating pallet tags.
- Tech Level 3
- All of level 1 & 2 skills
- Receiving & return ability including taking materials from receiving and putting in designated areas.
- Familiarity with WMS & MRP
- Line supply duties which include ability to run pick program, understand job #s, and ensuring production areas are kept stocked with raw materials.
- Ability to receive and ship from all CNP locations (East, ADC1, Main plant)
- Can perform all warehouse functions or duties.
- Tech Level 4
- All of level 1-3 skills
- Accountable for shift performance including safety, quality, and timeliness.
- Holds shift meetings & shares pertinent information including safety tips, quality tips, ensures team members complete all required training.
- Liaison between production and warehouse for all needs on shift

Education and/or Experience:•
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years in warehousing or logistics
- RF experience preferred

- 0 return errors (shift)
- 100 % raw material RTS
- 100 % Raw Material receipts in location
- 100 % audits completed on time
- 100 % shift productivity reports completed on time

Physical Activity:
- Regularly sitting, use hands, fingers, handle/feel, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, and lift 50 lbs.
- Frequently standing, walking, stopping, kneeling, crouching or crawling.
- Occasionally climb, balance or smell smells.
Working Conditions: Frequently exposed to wet and varying temperature conditions between 60-130 degrees Fahrenheit, loud noise, vibration, moving machinery/electrical parts, risk of electrical shock, airborne particles, high/precarious places, toxic/caustic chemicals, allergens including soy, milk and milk by-products and fumes from food processing equipment.
