Warehouse & Material Assistant – Construction Industry
We are a dynamic South Florida construction company with a leading reputation and multi-decade history.
Job Responsibilities:
· Maintaining an organized and clean warehouse.
· Manage stock levels and track inventory movement.
· Proactive and regular communication with team members to ensure materials are available when needed.
· Drive forklift to receive delivery at warehouse.
· Meet city inspectors and set up ladders for permit inspections.
· Order, pick up, and drop off materials as needed.
· Assist construction managers, estimators, and management with various projects as required.
· Drive dump truck to and from job sites on occasion.
· Ensuring company vehicles and equipment receive regular maintenance and are in good working order.
· Promotion of core values: honesty, safety, quality, and teamwork.
Requirements:
· 1-5 years of experience in construction or warehouse, roofing experience a plus
- Highly responsible and trustworthy
- Good at building relationships
- Strong organizational skills

- Strong work ethic
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office a plus
- Able to lift 100 lbs
