Job Description:

At The Finest, we’re an e-liquid brand that highly values and places a strong focus on operating with the highest standard of business practices. The Finest Operations team is the backbone of the business and ensures that all day-to-day functions run efficiently and smoothly.

The Finest E-Liquid company is looking for a self-motivated and team-oriented Warehouse Manager to join our Headquarters Office in Los Angeles. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient operation of the warehouse and maintaining the day-to-day business functions for the organization.

Responsibilities:

· Train, mentor, and develop Warehouse Associates and Supervisors, as needed, in different areas of the warehouse, such as, product knowledge, safety practices, and day-to-day warehouse duties

· Effectively lead and supervise the warehouse team, ensuring completion and proper execution of work procedures

· Monitor team members’ work productivity and output, document and report any work-related concerns/opportunities, and delegate tasks under the direction of the department supervisor

· Manage and generate regular reports on Warehouse KPI metrics, such as inventory count levels, order fulfillment, shipping history

· Manage both the shipping and receiving functions of the warehouse

· Responsible for monitoring and managing inventory control on Fishbowl

· Plan, coordinate, and execute transportation strategies for the business by applying knowledge of various transportation methods, including air and ground transportation, and transportation regulations and laws

• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and support organizational goals and growth through finance office initiatives
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, take initiative, prioritize, and accurately perform multiple tasks, and efficiently meet deadlines and changing priorities.
• Strong independent and coordinated reasoning, judgment, presentation of information, decision-making skills.
• Excellent time management skills; ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize different tasks
• Strong delegation power
• Demonstrated customer service skills: friendly, approachable, cooperative, flexible, and able to shift focus as needed.
• Able to professionally and effectively interact and communicate, both verbally and in writing.

Additional Requirements (Education, Training, and Experience):

· Associate degree in major coursework in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration, or related discipline highly preferred

· Three years’ previous experience in a warehouse management role in a wholesale business environment

· Five years experienced in supervision – overseeing team members, giving directions, and solving workplace problems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
