POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, optimizing warehouse layout and processes, and ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods to customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking of stock.
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Lead and motivate warehouse staff, providing coaching and training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill customer orders and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse activities and performance for management.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Forklift certification preferred.
