Job Description
Mosaic Companies, an industry leader in luxury building products, is seeking a Warehouse Manager for our West Palm Beach, location. The Warehouse Manager oversees the daily operations of our distribution warehouse including warehouse staff, inventory, and warehouse facilities.
Snapshot of role
Provide leadership, direction, and support to all warehouse staff for effective and efficient execution of all daily warehouse operations including the following departments –
Inbound
Outbound
eCommerce
Inventory
Carrier management
Order processing
Responsible for productivity, quality, accuracy, safety, and staffing for the warehouse.
Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
Maintain maintenance schedules for warehouse equipment.
Other duties as assigned.
Set yourself apart
5 years of warehouse management experience.
10 years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution center experience.
Must have the ability to supervise, manage others, and solve employee issues.
Exceptional client service and interpersonal skills are a must.
Experience with forklifts and overhead cranes.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Shipping/Receiving
Inventory Control
Equipment Management
Customer Service
Carrier Management
