About the Role: As a Warehouse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the daily warehouse activities in our Elkhart, IN, location. You'll oversee a small team of approximately 10 people and ensure efficient operations to meet customer demands. Your responsibilities will include receiving supplier goods, inventory management, order fulfillment, processing returns, light assembly, and maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in warehouse management and 5 years in warehouse operations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
- License/Certification: Valid driver's license (Required).
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to effectively use ERP systems for inventory management.
- Traits: Detail-oriented, dependable, adaptable, and flexible.
