Location: Fishers, IN 46038
Pay: $51K (Potentially $55k after 90 day review)
Type: temp to hire
Hours: 6:30am - 3:30pm
Schedule: Monday-Friday (occasional Saturday required if job is not completed during the week)

Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize warehouse processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy in inventory management, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain appropriate inventory levels to support ongoing projects.
- Develop and implement procedures for tracking and recording inventory movement, including conducting regular audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all company and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and installation teams, to fulfill orders and address any logistical challenges that may arise.
- Utilize warehouse management software to track inventory levels, generate reports, and streamline processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction, implementing solutions to enhance overall warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in warehouse management, incorporating new techniques and technologies to optimize operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- 2-4 years experience in warehouse management or a similar role, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Details: $23.00 to $24.50 per hour
