Position Summary: The Warehouse manager maximizes efficiencies in overall labor costs, warehouse operations, packing material, overseas shipment preparation and maintains overall cleanliness inside and out
Priorities:
- Manage warehouse personnel with hands-on leadership by directing, planning, and collaborating
- Enforce consistent use of warehouse management system
- Maintain uniform and safety compliance
- Completion and execution of appropriate receiving/shipping documentation
- Promote a healthy and safe work environment that encourages participation and positive attitudes

The pay range is $75,000 - $80,000. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable agreement. Dependent on the length of service, hours worked, and applicable agreements, benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and optional disability insurance, sick pay of 2.66 hours for every 80 hours worked, Vacation pay of 1.54 hours for every 80 hours worked, paid holidays (6 days annually) bereavement pay and retirement benefits.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): The following are required to enable job holders to perform the essential functions of the job.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 3+ years related work experience
- Forklift Certified
