Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Lead to lead our inventory control. We're a rapidly expanding e-commerce company that's passionate about offering high-quality products and exceptional service to our customers. We're looking for an innovative, analytical, and driven Amazon expert to join our Warehouse team.
Shift: Sunday - Friday 7am to 10pm
Pay: $20.00
Responsibilities: Must Have Prior Warehouse Lead Experience
- Conduct audits on products and trailers.
- Conduct weekly random audits on order fillers and shipping.
- Perform inventory responsibilities.
- Maintain individual, shift and distribution center audit records.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service that makes both internal and external customers feel welcome, important and appreciated.
- Ability to work any shift including weekends, if needed.
- Ability to preserve confidentiality of information.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work within set time frames and fixed deadlines.
- Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks or projects.
- Ability to operate the following special equipment, machinery, and special tools- forklift, pallet jack.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
- Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
- Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
- Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
- Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
- Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
- Must have great customer service skills
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other associates.
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide in 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using American units of money and weight, volume and distance measurement.
- Ability to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Responsible for auditing various job functions and performing physical inventory counts in the distribution center.
