SalaryMetrie is hiring for a Warehouse Lead in Denver, CO!
As ourWarehouse Lead, you will have the opportunity to:
- Thoroughly check all outbound orders picked to ensure correct product profile, species and quantities are accurate.
- Check that all outbound trucks have the proper loads according to schedule.
- Recognize and address all units which are improperly secured (i.e. not enough blocks, edge protectors, cardboard, or plastic) and ensure the package will maintain its structural integrity during transportation.
- Identify “floating bundles” or inventory items which are out of place and return them to the proper location in warehouse.
- Fill out a damage sheet daily for any damages you see and leave it on an admins desk daily. Either cut the product up for layer sticks or throw it away.
- Proactively notify forklift drivers of replenishment needs.
- Assist other warehouse associates as required based during peak periods and when QC workload is caught up.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized facility through diligent “Lean” housekeeping
Who You Are

- Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50lbs
- Experience in warehouse environment
- Solid work ethic and a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Basic computer skills, SAP & invoicing experience
- Leadership/Supervisor experience
- Forklift experience a plus

Salary: $27.00 – $29.00 per hour
