Job Description

- Daily activities for shipping, receiving, and loading departments
- Coordinate inventory reconciliation processes, including formal physical inventory audits and cycle counts
- Responsible for all safety meetings at the facility
- Collaborate with team members in achieving site specific production, inventory, warehouse, and quality goals
- Balance available resources with areas of need to ensure tasks are completed on time and at the lowest cost
- Ensure all aspects of inventory movement transactions are accurately processed
- Setting productivity goals for warehouse employees and meeting those goals
- Ensuing that the product received and shipped meet or exceed customer expectation
- LEAN programs within facility
- Maintain and monitor department KPI’s and metrics. Perform root cause analysis and administer corrective actions to ensure targets are consistently achieved
- Directs immediate subordinates in the management of their assigned responsibilities to ensure operational and performance objectives are consistently met according to established policies

- High School Diploma or GED
- Five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Lean or Six Sigma experience is beneficial
- Obtain and remain current on certifications and training as required or assigned

- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong deductive and inductive reasoning capabilities
- Computer literate with strong abilities to learn, optimize, and instruct others on software applications
