As the Warehouse Fulfillment Technician, you will be responsible for the fulfillment of orders and shipping / handling for our clients. Your primary objective is to ensure the efficient distribution of products to meet customer demand while maintaining our standards of accuracy and quality, in addition to working on issue resolution.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Manage all aspects of the order process.
- Provide recurring reporting on fulfillment metrics.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and condition of all outgoing shipments with all issues addressed promptly.
- Inspect, maintain, and organize our product lineup.
What You Need For This Role:
- 2+ year experience in a distribution facility.
- Strong motivational skills and effectual team building and decision making.
- Ability to learn inventory management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience with Inbound / Outbound logistics and transportation management is a plus.
- College degree preferred.
