Warehouse Forklift Operator
Are you a skilled Forklift Operator with the ability to transport large/bulk raw materials from a shipyard to a warehouse, and assist with pulling orders and loading/unloading delivery trucks? Then we have the position for you!
We are looking for a Warehouse Forklift Operator for a local tile production manufacturer. The ideal candidate will have experience in forklift operation within the warehouse/production field and will assist in pulling orders from shelving storage in various heights and spaces of the warehouse while observing all safety measures. What You Will Do:
- Pull orders
- Prepare and stage orders for pick-up and delivery routes
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Transport large materials from shipyard to warehouse (forklift)
- Move completed products to appropriate storage or shipping area (forklift)
- Follow and adhere to all health and safety precautions
What You Need:
- Proven experience as a forklift driver is a must.
- Aptitude in using appropriate tools and precautions
- Good basic math skills
- Manual dexterity with excellent balance to work on scaffolding, ladders etc.
- Conscientious with great attention to detail
