Warehouse Distribution Clerk

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions of this job, in accordance with the ADA and applicable state/local law. ● Processesahigh volume of sales orders that ship daily using multiple computer systems and shipping carriers. ● Receives, prepares and responds to a high volume of emails. ● CreatesBill of Ladings using various shipping vendors. ● Submitstracks and investigates shipping claims with retailers and carriers. ● Organizesand maintains file systems, and other correspondence and records. ● HandlesOracle RMA’S. ● Submitsfreight claims with carriers and follows up closing them. ● Updatesshipping reports on a daily basis. ● Ordersweekly officesupplies. ● Setsupmonthlyall team meetings. ● Otherduties as required. This list is not meant to be a comprehensive inventory of all duties and responsibilities assigned to this position. ● Effectively interact with all levels of organizational staff and company personnel. ● Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, written/oral communication, and customer service skills. ● Ability to meet attendance requirements which may occasionally require overtime. ● Proficiency in the English language to communicate, read, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operations and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Must have strong written, verbal and typing skills. ● MeetallofDISH’s performance expectations, including but not limited to, satisfying all applicable metrics, productivity standards, goals, and proficiencies related to overall performance. Essential Physical Functions: ● Theemployee’s work may require prolonged standing, walking, and performing tasks that require manual dexterity and repetitive motion ● Physical ability to lift and carry and/or push/pull moderately heavy objects up to 50 lbs ● Safelytransport materials, finished products, or equipment using proper lifting techniques ● Performtasks that require bending, stooping, or reaching to access materials, equipment, or workstations ● Assembleanddisassemble components using hand tools and equipment ● Theemployeemusthavethe ability to use a computer mouse, keyboard, telephone, and other equipmen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
