Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent and previous clerical and office experience Exceptional organizational and administrative skills; high attention to detail; and the ability to handle multiple tasks,
prioritize and carry them out independently. Strong working knowledge of Office (Word and Excel).
SUMMARY: Assist management with the paperwork and clerical duties associated with running the day shift operation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process outbound functions through the Pick Wave Monitor.
- Operate the Pick Wave Monitor and prepare labels for shipping and loading.
- Assign work to crew and give direction for loading process in conjunction with shipping supervisor.
- Vouch Invoices
- Provide direction and assignments to the workforce in conjunction with management.
- Internal distribution dock auditing.
- Perform computer input in reports daily.
- Provide typing and filing assistance to overall operations areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
