Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am –5pm with Occasional Overtime

- WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a CSR, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely data entry of shipping and receiving information for single and/or multiple customers while maintaining exceptional service to our clients.
- Maintain a positive customer relationship by addressing all inquiries, complaints, and dissatisfaction related to work-orders, invoicing, shipments, and inventory.
- Generate, process, and verify all necessary paperwork and information for customer work orders, ensuring the accuracy of receiving and shipping documents.
- Act as a liaison between the warehouse, office, and customers, and follow up with other departments to ensure service standards are met.
- Provide assistance to drivers at the check-in window multiple times throughout the day.
- Research discrepancies that may occur in the shipping and receiving process.
- Cross-train in other admin functions to support the site and promote associate development.WHAT DO YOU BRING?
- 1 year experience in a Customer Service-related capacity
- Prior experience in a logistics/distribution or relevant environment.
- Computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office applications and WMS functions.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime including weekends as needed.
- Must be able to effectively adapt to change and thrive in a stimulating, fast-paced work environment.
