- Work in tandem with the sales team, acquiring essential Estimated Time of Arrival (ETAs) and providing invaluable support for sales-related tasks to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Process sales orders, track shipments, and manage inventory levels.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and analysis.
- Proactively engage customers by providing updates on delivery schedules and ensuring accurate contact information, contributing to a positive customer experience.
- Proactively troubleshoot issues, striving for accurate and satisfactory resolutions to uphold our commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate and maintain a deep understanding of our company's diverse products and services, enabling informed and effective responses to customer queries.
- Review sales orders meticulously, gather essential information, and coordinate installation timelines to ensure a seamless transition from sales to operations.
