Shift-Hours: 11am/12n to 7pm/8pm / Tue- Sat./ 5 days

Job Summary - Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Physical warehouse position unloading tractor trailer loads of furniture and staging it for deliveries. Scan merchandise returns and print return labels. Responsible for the support and maintenance of all Merchandise Returns Process documentation. Records, researches and resolves merchandise return issues in cooperation with Delivery General Manager / Sr. Coordinator. Will maintain an open flow of communication between Host Site Returns Management, Delivery Management and other Inventory operations members to address and resolve merchandise issues.

We are looking for a well-rounded, flexible individual to join our Team to own the returns process.

Responsibilities:

• Scan returns and print return labels.
• Ability to address and communicate concerns with 3rd party delivery personnel.
• Maintain a clean, organized facility.
• Manage daily return reports to maintain product control.
• Support other areas of the warehouse as needed.
• Supports load-out each day for all trucks.
• Computer proficiency: Microsoft Applications and other operational or client systems 1-2 years.
• Communication: Crisp and effective written, verbal communication skills and follow through

Recruitment / Skills:

• Computer software skills
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment.
• Must be capable of sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift more than 80-100 lbs. frequently.
• Ability to count & (RF) Scan accurately.
• Support 7-10 trucks daily.
