We are looking for a Warehouse Shift Coordinator who will assist warehouse operations management by performing duties similar to those of a supervisor with the exception of hiring, discipline or discharge.
SCHEDULE
Sunday-Thursday 11am-7:30pm with the potential for overtime.
COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Identify, research and resolve warehouse process issues.
- Respond to requests for follow up regarding customer complaints, quality or accuracy concerns.
- Recommends improvements regarding warehouse processes to supervisors/managers.
- Removes barriers to productivity by ensuring adequate work and tools/supplies are available.
- Acts as a liaison between warehouse employees and management to improve communication and foster a better work culture.
- Assists with work allocation and overtime calculations to ensure an orderly flow of work throughout the facility.
- Read and analyze data, charts, and other records and reports to determine how to improve productivity and processes.
- Main point of contact for all general warehouse related communications and provides detailed follow up requests to supervisors based on internal/external needs and documents root causes and corrective actions.
- Assists with organization of warehouse management daily checklists, follow up concerns and documentation.
- Ensures accurate daily attendance records for warehouse personnel.
- Provides supervision with intraday, prior day and weekly performance, error or exception-based reports for employee coaching and corrective action.
- Trouble shoots warehouse system related issues to include Vocollect, Power Warehouse, Dematic, Blue Yonder as the first point of contact and escalates as needed for resolution.
- May perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be detail-oriented and pay close attention to accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse constituencies as required.
- Ability to perform research, use deductive reasoning and demonstrate analytical ability to resolve problems independently.
- Ability to work early A.M. shifts, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
- Ability to complete mathematical computations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Basic computer skills with knowledge in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- The ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs.

In 2006, the current, state of the art, 380,000 square foot Distribution Center constructed on 74 acres in Pembroke, New Hampshire became AG New England's home. The design of this new facility effectively doubled the capacity to expand and enhance product offerings. The property allows for future building expansion to upwards of 650,000 square feet.
This impressive facility offers retailers an expansive variety of products as well as retail support services such as advertising, marketing, merchandising, store design, equipment, bookkeeping and retail systems. A dedicated team of 300 plus employees services over 600 independent retailers in the six-state New England region and Upstate New York/Albany area.
