The Fulfillment Coordinator will coordinate all aspects of 3PL and warehouse operations and activities including the picking of orders, quality control, outputting of finished goods, and inventory reconciliation.

JOB SUMMARY
- Coordinate the picking of all production orders to 3PL partners including validating all lines allocated, picks were completed accurately, creation of required labels and communicating any issues to the planning team.
- Produce new gifts to ensure all packaging works, communicate any needed design changes to the merchandising team, and create documentation that can be shared with 3PL partners on how to produce the gift.
- Coach, motivate, train and assist team members in the completion of their duties.
- Work with 3PL partners to ensure that all products are assembled and completed to SWK standards, including but not limited to assembly of boxes, packing of baskets and boxes, and presentation of gift. This will require occasional site visits to partners.
- Coordinate and execute the Fulfillment receiving process in the WMS system as well as create labels for units and cases as needed.
- Assist with the completion and closure of production orders in the WMS.
- Reconcile any inventory issues between offsite and SWK locations including cycle counting, adjusting and transferring of inventory.
- Have complete knowledge and understanding of all systems functionalities and procedures related to Fulfillment.
- Oversee and/or complete small production runs of gifts in house as needed.
- Execute regular duties as a Fulfillment Associate on an as needed basis
- Cross-trained to support other departments like VAS, Inspections, Returns and Receiving.
- Test new system functionality and execute regression tests where applicable to ensure system stability.
- High school education or equivalent experience
- 1 - 3 years of leadership experience
- Basic Computer experience including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrates positive work attitude and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate ability to problem solve
- Previous production, assembly and/or packaging experience helpful
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, reach, climb, and bend often
- Must be able to repeatedly lift 50 lbs
- Experience with electrical and manual pallet jacks and forklifts
