Warehouse Coordinator
Job Details:
Act as Warehouse Coordinator for a well-established Sec-Tec company with long-term vendor relationships to manage materials and equipment procurement, and daily maintenance of inbound and outbound shipments.
Responsibilities will include:
- Facilitate procurement planning, inventory management, orders verification, returns and warehouse stocking, staging, shipping and receiving.
- Plan and implement new warehouse processes and work to improve existing processes.
- Act as liaison between vendors, staff, technicians/installers and operations in a fast-paced dynamic operating environment.
- Foster positive relations with internal teams through effective communication, ability to create and follow processes and procedures, proficiency with systems and overall flow of warehouse operations is critical.
- Highly detail oriented with a developed ability to track and follow through on initiatives.
- Previous experience with an ERP such s "ConnectWise" is desirable.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Previous Warehouse Coordination experience.
- Inventory control and coordination processes experience.
- Enthusiasm combined with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
- Proven ability to multi-task, and meet deadlines.
- Proven track record for reliability, and timeliness.
- Competent use of MS Office, Excel Spreadsheets, and Outlook. The ability and willingness to learn new systems and software quickly.
*Employee may be required to lift or move up to 50 lbs., sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel or crouch. This position is Monday through Friday with occasional overtime required based on business needs.
