The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for a variety of duties to ensure the timely processing, inventorying, and distribution of product purchases/donations. This includes ensuring the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse space and developing and implementing systems that maximize space and the flow of inventory.
Essential Functions & Primary Duties
- Receive, distribute, and inventory purchases and donations of diapers, baby items, etc.
- Manage inventory using inventory management systems.
- Accurately process and prepare orders of diapers and other products for distribution.
- Provide shopping assistance and support to partner organizations and volunteers.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklift and pallet jack.
- Drive the box truck or vans as needed.
- Load, transport, and deliver items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner adhering to routes and time schedule.
- Pick up donations in a safe, timely manner adhering to routes and time schedule.
- Load and unload box truck and/or vans in a timely manner.
- Maintain all vehicle and equipment ensuring they are all clean and in good working condition at all times.
- Responsible for daily warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping. Ensure the warehouse is free of hazards and is organized and appropriately stocked at all times.

- Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a clean driving record.

Qualifications Required
- High School Diploma
- Valid Georgia Driver’s License
- 3+ years of warehouse experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
- Warehouse equipment experience
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal,
- Proven ability to work successfully in a dynamic, collaborative, team-oriented organization
- Highly motivated, resourceful, and flexible
- Solid organizational and time management skills. Must be able to demonstrate strong system efficiencies and space management skills
- Attention to detail, quality, timeliness, and accuracy of production with an emphasis on safety.
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks when appropriate
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must pass forklift certification upon hire
Physical Requirements
- Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs.
This is a full time, onsite position at our Norcross, GA location.
