Summary: Receives, stores, and distributes material, tools, equipment, and products within establishments by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Fills customer orders, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
Conveys materials and items from receiving areas to storage or to other designated areas.
Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves, or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department.
Marks materials with identifying information.
Opens bales, crates, and other containers.
Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
Uses computer to enter records.
Prepares packages for shipping on either delivery trucks, parcel post (UPS/FEDEX) or common carrier.
Maintains inventory records.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals..
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Excede Dealership Software; Freightliner order processing systems and internet software.
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid driver's license

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to work near moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to work in high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals and outdoor weather conditions.
