The Shipping and Receiving Warehouse Person must be organized, a good multi-tasker, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
RECEIVING:
Keep accurate records on all material received.
Unload delivery trucks as needed.
Receive material shipments from UPS and common carriers.
Properly identify and label all material received.
Compare and update receiving documents against purchase orders.
Keep receiving area(s) in a clean and organized manner.
Keep accurate records on all shipping and receiving.
Obtain and maintain current forklift driving certification.
Ensure parts are received in a timely fashion and all field/office personnel are notified as required.
Store hazardous materials according to hazardous chemical segregation guidelines.
SHIPPING:
Ship material UPS and common carrier to our customers, vendors, and field personnel.
Prepare freight shipments according to HAZMAT guidelines.
Keep accurate records on all material shipped.
Load delivery trucks as needed.
Properly identify and label all material shipped.
Keep shipping area in a clean and organized manner.
Keep accurate records on all shipping and receiving.
WAREHOUSING:
Maintain area cleanliness and organization.
Arrange removal of hazardous containers.
Perform monthly chemical tote audit.
Perform monthly inventory cycle counts.
Perform monthly safety inspection audit.
Perform daily forklift inspection.
Notify appropriate personnel of low inventory quantities.
Maintain and monitor PPE inventory levels.
Ensure the proper segregation of hazardous materials according to local, city and state guidelines.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience with MS Word and Outlook
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years experience with QuickBooks or NetSuite
1-2 years experience with MS Excel
Previous certified Forklift Operator with verifiable references.
