Summary:
The Warehouse/Fulfillment Associate will utilize requisitions and order sheets to pick a wide variety of items, place and arrange items in containers and bins following specific instructions and arrange containers on pallets. The Associate will check containers for damage, and confirm correct items and quantities are received. They will perform duties in accordance with standard receiving and operating instructions to ensure inbound and outbound shipments are correct and defect-free.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Preparing orders by processing requests, pulling orders, packing boxes and transporting packages to the shipping area
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (counting, confirming, pick, unload, label, stack, tape, palletize, store)
- Assisting shipping and receiving by unloading and loading trucks and checking in products or materials
- Preparing packages for mailing
- Loading and wrapping stock on pallets
- Hand Write custom notecards
- Kitting (making sets)
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization (Sweep, mop, dispose of corrugated, dust)
- Dispose of leftover packing materials such as wooden crates, pallets, and carboard
- Complete logs / forms that are required
- Report any discrepancies
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
- Operate mechanical lifts, vehicles, fork lifts, or manual / electric pallet jacks
- Participate in various committees (i.e., safety, continuing improvement etc.…)
- Operate Warehouse technology (computer, printer, hand held scanner, voice picking head set, RF scanner, robots, drone, automatic labeling machine, automatic tape machine, etc.…)

- The ideal candidate will have a great attitude and be willing to learn, High School diploma, GED or suitable equivalent
Work Environment
- While performing duties of this job, the employee’s work environment may vary from professional office to fulfillment center floor, and other vendor/client locations. However, the primary environment for this role can be a remote based position.
