What will you do as a Warehouse Assembly Associate?

This position is responsible for assembly solar panel products and producing accurate work on a timely basis. This position is on-site.

Supervisory Experience:

· None

Core Responsibilities are:

· Responsible for assembling products on the production line, ensuring that all products meet quality standards, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

· Assembling products on the production line, following established procedures and quality standards.

· Inspecting products for defects and ensure that they meet quality standards before packaging and shipping.

· Operating machinery and equipment required for assembly line work.

· Maintaining a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and cleaning up work areas at the end of each shift.

· Keeping track of inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to the supervisor.

· Collaborate with other team members to ensure that production targets are met and that products are delivered on time.

· Maintaining accurate records of production output and quality control checks.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills and Experience:

· High school diploma or GED required.

· At least 6 months of work experience required.

· At least one year in assembly line work, preferably in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.

· Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

· Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

· Must have the ability to work overtime.

We are a 24-7 production facility; we are looking for team members to be flexible and able to work different shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
