We seek an experienced HRBP, Director to join our team at the Walden Behavioral Care! This position will require travel in and around the Boston, MA area – primarily located at our Dedham, MA location. Limited remote/work from home is possible.
The Director, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) performs strategic Human Resources-related duties at the professional level, carrying out responsibilities in the following areas: Workforce Planning, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, and Compliance. This role reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer of Monte Nido & Affiliates.
- Work as part of a national human resources team, developing and leading strategy and communications specific to our employee programs, and providing HR support and guidance for our facilities in Massachusetts.
- Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with program and regional leadership to provide HR guidance, advise on employee matters, and analyze employee and talent-related metrics.
- Lead and drive forward employee lifecycle and employee engagement programs to support the retention, development, engagement, and satisfaction of our employees while sustaining a safe, inclusive, and growth-oriented professional environment.
- Guide managers on recurring performance management processes, related to goal setting, feedback, assessment, corrective actions, promotions, and compensation and rewards.
- Provide guidance on staffing structures, workforce planning and workload modeling, succession planning and training and development needs for employees and management.
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, strategies, guidance, and resolutions.
- Partner with employees and management to communicate various human resources policies, programs, procedures, and regulations.
- Provides support and guidance to the HR Operations team, and the roll out of employee programs (e.g., benefits), and the Talent Acquisition team specific to the company’s recruitment and onboarding needs.
- Ensures compliance with training and license requirements according to state licensing rules and The Joint Commission requirements and compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefit laws and regulations and according to Company guidelines.
- Maintain an awareness and understanding of HR-related legal and compliance requirements to mitigate risk and ensure ongoing regulatory alignment.
- Bachelor's degree in a human resources or related field and minimum five years' experience in human resources or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Multistate HR healthcare experience strongly preferred.
- SHRM-CP, SPHR, or PHR preferred
- This is a remote position with approximately 50% travel
