Waitlist Administrator

Summary

The Waitlist Administrator is responsible for maintaining property waitlists across BRIDGE’s portfolio of affordable apartment communities.

Responsibilities

• Run and review background screenings.
• Using our waiting list management software, monitor and maintain waiting lists across the portfolio.
• Track and ensure that the applicant information is correct and up to date.
• Maintain interest lists for new projects.
• Assist in mailings to potential residents.
• Identify potential tenants from waiting lists for each property vacancy.
• Update information on potential tenants
• Review and update weekly Applicant Reports
• Review and input information about new potential tenants
• Train property staff on waitlist procedure
• Other projects as needed

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills including MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Access database; Yardi a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and follow through.
• Able to work independently, prioritize, meet multiple deadlines and work as a team member.

• Ability to work with time sensitive material.
