Onsite or Remote? Candidates MUST be a Wisconsin resident or willing to relocate to Wisconsin at their own expense This position is Hybrid: 4-5 days a week remote depending on the business needs
This position will focus on improving and streamlining the On-boarding (creating) and Off-boarding (deleting and archiving) account processes. As a result, this position will work with team members, project staff, and other stakeholders to improve and integrate AIMS processes. This position will also assist in the development and updating documentation.
Technologies include, but are not limited to, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Dynamics 365, ticket tracking systems such as Cherwell, and use of general office tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
This position requires strong customer service skills; communication and prioritization skills; ability to work with minimal supervision; switch between multiple tasks as needed; ability to work as a team and as an individual; and the ability to generate documentation; Goals and Worker Activities

Pay range - $34 to $38 per hour on W2.
