Top Skills & Years of Experience:
- Process Identity and Access Management requests 3-5 years
- Troubleshoot Identity and Access Management issues 3-5 years
- Organize and prioritize personal workload 3-5 years
- Knowledge and experience with NIST Security Controls
- Knowledge and experience with CIS Top 20 Security Controls
- Knowledge and experience with Project Management techniques
Technologies include, but are not limited to, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Dynamics 365, ticket tracking systems such as Cherwell, and use of general office tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
