IT Security Analyst

We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for working with others and an interest in IT Security to join our growing team. This position is primarily responsible for implementing established security policies, monitoring teammate training, and managing IT processes to protect data within the organization across all technology platforms. This position works with the rest of the IT Team to helps support hotels, and the IT Manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve and maintain an effective security posture for the organization.

This position is on premises in our home office, located in Madison, WI.

What you will be doing:

• Monitors networks, servers, workstations, mobile devices, applications, and other data sources within the organization for potential threats.
• Protects systems by evaluating requirements, defining access privileges, and implementing improvements.
• Maintains compliance by performing regular penetration testing of networks and completing Security Assessment Questionnaires.
• Maintains working relationships with internal and external partners used for security testing, reporting, and training within the organization.
• Technical Skills preferred - Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365, Carbon Black Cloud, PowerShell, Active Directory, vSphere, SQL Server
• Approximately 25% of time spent serves as a primary point of contact to a group of our hotels for IT support issues: provides exceptional service by responding to IT related issues, engages with teammates, outside vendors, and other resources as needed to provide the best resolution. Travel of 5-10% of time required for this support.
