VP Sales / Station Manager

Ideal candidate will have the skillset to track towards Market Manager. Bilingual is a big plus but not required. EOE
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market reach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and achieve revenue targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and improvement
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in sales
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably as a Vice President of Sales or similar position
- Strong background in account management, outside sales, and business development
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software for managing sales processes
- Knowledge of technology sales is highly desirable
