Job Description
Compensation: $50,000- $70,000 Key Duties and Responsibilities
- VoIP System Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the VoIP systems, including system configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Network Infrastructure: Maintain and optimize the network infrastructure to ensure seamless VoIP communication across all locations.
- Security: Implement and maintain security measures to protect the VoIP systems from potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Quality of Service (QoS) Optimization: Monitor and optimize QoS parameters to ensure high-quality voice communication and minimal latency.
- User Support: Provide technical support and training to end-users on VoIP systems and related technologies.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with VoIP service providers and vendors for system upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for VoIP configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to VoIP systems and communication protocols.
- Managing and configuring iPhone devices in Mobile Device Manager
- Proven experience (3-5 years ) in managing VoIP systems in a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, etc.) and technologies (Asterisk, Cisco Call Manager, etc.).
- Proficiency in network administration, including LAN/WAN configuration, routing, and VLANs.
- Experience with VoIP security protocols and best practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Industry certifications such as CCNA Voice, CCNP Collaboration, or equivalent are a plus.
