As a Pega LSA you will:
Certified Pega BPM Lead System Architect (LSA): 5+ years' experience in Pega Application and Case design, Data Model design, Data Migration, User experience design, security, background processing, performance, deployment and testing. Additional 3 years of any object-oriented programming skills in java / .net.
Responsibilities:
• Be a key contributor to development initiatives that require Pega technical expertise. Pega Workflow, Case Management, Integration experience needed.
• Agile experience required
• Collaborate with the team to coordinate delivery of software application.
• Communicate with technical partners and come up with solutions.
• Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintain and tests software applications that support business units.
• Provide innovative solutions to problems and drive the design/development of components.
• Effectively conveys message in both written and verbal development discussions

• Banking domain Pega experience (especially in compliance and risk) • Strong understanding of key business elements • Prior framework implementation experience • Strong Data analysis skills • Graduate / Undergraduate studies in computer science is a plus

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: $85 to $95/Hour. Pay range may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
