Dispensary Agent (Pm & Weekend Shifts)

Revolution Releaf is a leading provider of Medical and Adult Use cannabis located in Laurel, Maryland. We are looking to expand the Revolution Releaf team with additional Budtenders / Dispensary Agents who are hard-working, customer-service oriented, knowledgeable, and passionate about cannabis. The ability to work in a fast paced environment and interact with patients and customers in a positive and uplifting manner is a must. This position requires weekend and afternoon availability.

Responsibilities include:

- Greeting patients and customers and providing first-class customer service

- Able to multi-task quickly and accurately while maintaining calm attitude

- Operating point-of-sale efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment

- Verifying personal identification and other documents to maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations

- Working the front desk by checking in patients, answering phone calls, and being the friendly face that customers see when they first walk in the building

- Answering questions and making recommendations about a variety of cannabis products and consumption methods

- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

- Providing support to the Revolution Releaf team to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations at all times

Required qualifications:

- Must be 21 years old

- High school diploma

- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service

- Excellent customer service skills

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Be a problem solver, a self-starter, and detail oriented

- Knowledge of cannabis and medical benefits or have a strong desire to learn

- Willingness to continue education related to medical cannabis and the laws and regulations impacting the industry

- Basic mental math skills
