· Integration of the contact center to the overall customer Omni-channel and self-service channel experience.
· Proficient as a contact center architect, bringing together all the technologies as a unified whole.
· Experienced with IVR speech recognition optimization projects and routing enhancements, CRM/Desktop, Intelligent Routing (both Cisco and Genesys),
