User Interface And User Experience (Ui Ux) Designer

Located in Hurricane and St. George, Utah. We are looking for a full-time, hybrid User Interface and User Experience (UI UX) Designer.
You will support the user’s needs through intuitive and effective design.

• A portfolio is needed to be considered for this position.

What you will do:*

• Meet with clients and team members to understand the proposed product requirements and vision
• Anticipate and present benefits of the proposed product
• Collaborate and prepare product design specifications
• Create mock-ups and prototypes in Figma
• Run UX workshops and refinement meetings
• Collaborate and solve problems throughout the project
• Lead and support design projects to be finished within agreed upon timelines
• Make design solutions that are cost effective and time efficient
• Present research, development, and designs with relevant team members
• Follow and create design standards and policies

• Ability to work well inside a team
• Proficiency in prototyping software like Zeplin
• Responsive web and mobile-first design skills
• Experience with user research, testing, and accessibility
• Experience in mobile UI and UX
• Experience building design systems
• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments

What you must bring:*

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• Bachelors or certificate(s) in interactive design or other relevant fields
• Strong knowledge of Figma and Adobe tools or similar
• Familiar with HTML and CSS

Pay:* $55,000 to $60,000 annually
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
