Virtual Office Manager

Sharp Cookie is seeking a task-oriented perfectionist for the role of Virtual Office Manager. Sharp Cookie is a marketing agency that provides marketing consulting services for law firms. We work with law firms throughout the country and "make marketing happen" for our clients. We are a 100% woman-owned startup with the mission of helping good people find good attorneys.

The Virtual Office Manager will be a critical part of our company. This position is 100% remote and the starting salary is $45,000-$55,000 a year. Read the full job description for instructions on how to apply. Only the candidates who follow instructions will be considered.

The Virtual Office Manager will be responsible for:

• Drafting and sending proposals to potential clients
• Onboarding new clients
• Checking the primary company emails and handling customer service requests
• Maintaining the company's project management system by updating tasks, adding new projects, and following up with responsible people when appropriate
• Review and send client invoices
• Researching and ordering new materials, supplies, software, and subscriptions
• Hiring and managing freelancers and vendors for the company
• Other administrative tasks

The perfect person for this role will be responsible, dependable, and have incredible attention to detail. The Virtual Office Manager is the person who will make sure day-to-day operations run smoothly, and everyone has what they need.

Experience & Skills Wanted

• No degree is required but office experience is required
• Very good grasp of basic computer programs like Excel, Word, Gmail, and Google Sheets
• Very good at Googling

Sharp Cookie is a small start-up and does not currently offer health insurance or retirement benefits. However, there are many other perks of the job:
