The Manager, Supply Chain Operations Representative will lead a dynamic team of Supply Chain Operations Representatives (SCORs). This role involves mentoring and guiding the team towards achieving operational targets and contributing significantly to the company's overarching goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage, develop, build, and mentor a team of SCORs, fostering their professional growth and aligning their efforts with Veyer's strategic objectives.
Develop and implement operational/sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, ensuring alignment with the company's innovative approach. Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and emphasize continuous learning, reflecting Veyer's culture of progress and innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance lead generation and sales processes.
Education and Experience:
Associate Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in related field
Type of experience:
o Proven experience in a SCOR role with demonstrated success and leadership capabilities.
o Preference for candidates with management experience and a background in logistics or Supply Chain management.
o Strong leadership skills, with an ability to inspire and motivate an operations/sale team.
o Ability to set and manage expectations; observe, and monitor progress.
o Lead through change and deliver coaching and feedback on associate performance,
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, aligned with Veyer's commitment to quality service.
Experience with CRM software and deep understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators
