JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
Perform routine member transactions over VTM Network. Be professional, courteous, and supportive of members.
Essential Functions

1. Perform routine member transactions, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers and check cashing.
2. Actively answer phone calls and respond to voicemails when not actively engaged with another member or responsibility.
3. Cross-sell all products and services offered by the Credit Union, meeting minimum sale and referral requirements.
4. Respond to members' requests, problems and complaints, and/or direct them to the proper person for specific information and assistance.
5. Provide routine information on Credit Union services or policies, including eligibility for membership, types of Credit Union accounts, current dividend rates, locations, office hours and telephone numbers.
6. Maintain positive, cheery, and welcoming demeanor over camera.
7. The list of primary duties is not exhaustive. It may be supplemented as necessary from time to time.

Work Environment
A Virtual MSR may be able to work from home, given the space is developed as a professional space that provides quiet, uninterrupted time for the employee. Other restrictions, including based on network capabilities, may exist.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit or stand and walk or maneuver around the branch. Duties may include lifting objects up to and possibly exceeding 40 lbs.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m, and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
