Prior management experience (3 years) is absolutely required as well as open availability.

The role of the Manager in Training is a high-speed fast-track to a management position. Meant for those with prior management experience, we’re looking for individuals who love to connect with others, work well in a fast-paced environment, and want to lead and inspire their team. Other tasks may include maintaining high standards for food and service, ensuring proper product preparation, inventory control, personnel management, and sales and marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Running shifts
• Training
• Cash control and bank deposits

• Daily oversight and completion of checklist
• Must be available to work 40 hours a week
• Interviewing
• Weekly inventories
• Assisting with weekly schedules
• Daily oversight of food cost and labor percentages
• Prepare food that meets Jersey Mike's specifications and high quality
• Service that is noticeably friendlier than that of others
• Run a restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than other restaurants

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
