Position Overview:
Data Entry Position. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Virtual Assistant to assist with the creation of Custom Ticket Links on our Shopify platform. This position is part-time and temporary, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Create custom links for Customers.
- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and availability.
- Communicate effectively with the team to gather necessary details for ticket link creation.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Complete tasks within established timelines and meet productivity goals.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in using Shopify and comfortable navigating its interface.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce and online retail processes.
Requirements:
- Access to a computer with a stable internet connection.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.
