Virtual Assistant For Custom Ticket Links On Shopify

Position Overview:

Data Entry Position. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Virtual Assistant to assist with the creation of Custom Ticket Links on our Shopify platform. This position is part-time and temporary, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Create custom links for Customers.
• Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and availability.
• Communicate effectively with the team to gather necessary details for ticket link creation.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Complete tasks within established timelines and meet productivity goals.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in using Shopify and comfortable navigating its interface.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce and online retail processes.

Requirements:

• Access to a computer with a stable internet connection.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Experience:

• Computer literacy: 1 year (Preferred)
