Job Description
The Bottle Service Server is responsible for providing guests with a memorable bottle service experience, serving drinks, upselling bottles, bringing in clients, guest retention, promoting the venue, and booking tables on a monthly basis.
Responsibilities:
· Greet guests upon arrival to their sections and collect payment for the table minimum
· Ensure tables are fully stocked with glasses, drink mixes, and garnishments before guest arrival
· Skillfully promoting items on the botte list and assertively upselling bottle items
· Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling beverages to uphold proper health standards
· Prepare cocktails at the table, including chilled and mixed shots
· Entering all orders into the Point of Sale (POS) system (Micros)
· Accepting money and making change when needed
· Check to ensure payment information is correct and payment is pre-authorized
· Provide friendly, attentive, genuine service while establishing a rapport with guests
· Performing cleaning side work as assigned
· Completing all service paperwork as required
· Performing other work-related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous Bottle Server experience in the hospitality or nightclub setting required.
- High energy and stamina are required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse clientele
- Knowledge of different types of beverages, cocktails, and drink recipes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and processing
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) during the shift
- Certification in responsible alcohol service and food handler safety (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is a plus
- Ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to read menus, safety documents, etc.
