Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Follow all sanitation and safety procedures
Skills:
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Proficient in basic math for cash handling and order calculations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Basic knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards
- Familiarity with kitchen operations is a plus
