Vinyl And Print Installation Technician

Eagle Signs is hiring for an Experienced Vinyl and Print Installation Technician.

Description:

You will need to be able to work in a busy work environment, must be good with hand tools, power tools and have the physical stamina to produce signs in a timely manner. Must have computer skills with knowledge of CAD and RIP software.

Qualifications:

• Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Handle multiple projects at one time and communicate clearly
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must have a valid drivers license.
• Basic math and spelling skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide a high level of customer service to clients & your team.
• Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Demonstrated ability to operate light hand tools, drills and saws.
• Strong time management skills to adhere to project completion deadlines. Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
• Ability to work on ladders and lifts.

Responsibilities

• Follow a layout to place cut vinyl or printed vinyl on a pre-determined substrate or medium.
• Prepare substrates for application. This may include cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning and maintaining the substrates for application.
• Apply vinyl graphics to almost any surface.
• Perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-construction by accurately reading and interpreting a Work Order and then proofing for errors or unacceptable standards (bubbles, rough edges, loose seams).
• Perform finishing operations such as laminating, and mounting of printed pieces.
• Install signs and vinyl when necessary.
• Help unload raw materials; clean and maintain storage areas.
• Assist in maintaining neat and orderly work sites and work station. Monitor quality of projects. Attention to detail is a must.
• Operate and maintain printer and plotter.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
