The ideal candidate will possess an extensive portfolio showcasing their talent in videography, exceptional editing skills, and a deep understanding of filming techniques, particularly in the realm of real estate. This individual will play a crucial role in capturing the essence and unique features of our properties, creating compelling visual content, and contributing to our overall marketing strategy. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with our team to develop creative concepts and strategies for video content • Film and edit high-quality videos showcasing our agents and properties, including residential homes, commercial spaces, and land developments • Utilize drone technology to capture stunning aerial footage of properties and surrounding areas plus our agents • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all video content • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our videos • Manage and organize video assets, including footage, audio files, and graphics • Filming all brokerage events, gatherings, and meetings, and always obtaining b-roll to make misc content to branding Qualifications: • Extensive portfolio demonstrating proficiency in videography and editing • Proven experience in producing high-quality video content, preferably in the real estate industry • Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools • Strong understanding of filming techniques, lighting, and composition • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Passion for storytelling and creating engaging visual experiences • Willingness to adapt to evolving priorities and deadlines Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000
