As a Video Editor / Videographer, you will play a crucial role in capturing captivating footage and transforming it into compelling visual stories that engage audiences and elevate our clients' brands.

Responsibilities:

• Video Production:
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project objectives, requirements, and desired outcomes.
• Plan, shoot, and capture high-quality video footage that aligns with the creative vision and project goals.
• Video Editing:
• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos, ensuring a seamless flow, proper pacing, and engaging storytelling.
• Enhance videos with visual effects, motion graphics, and other post-production techniques to deliver a visually stunning end product.
• Creative Direction:
• Work closely with creative directors, producers, and other employees to translate concepts and ideas into visually compelling video content.
• Provide creative input and innovative ideas to enhance the overall quality and impact of the videos.
• Post-Production:
• Conduct color grading, audio mixing, and other post-production tasks to ensure high-quality output.
• Optimize video content for various platforms and formats, including social media, websites, and broadcast channels.
• Technical Expertise:
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in video editing software, AI, and emerging technologies.
• Continuously improve technical skills and explore new techniques to enhance the quality and efficiency of video production.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, copywriters, and account managers, to ensure seamless integration of video content within marketing campaigns.
• Effectively communicate project status, timelines, and any potential issues to colleagues, ensuring clear and timely delivery.

Requirements:

• Professional Experience:
• Experience as a Video Editor, Videographer, or similar role in a creative agency or production environment.
• Proven track record of creating high-quality videos with a strong portfolio showcasing your editing and shooting skills.
• Video Production Skills:
• Proficient in operating professional video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices.
• Solid understanding of composition, framing, lighting, and other elements of video production.
• Video Editing Expertise:
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other industry-standard tools.
• Ability to craft compelling narratives, edit footage with precision, and apply visual effects and motion graphics as needed.
• Creativity and Attention to Detail:
• Strong storytelling abilities and a keen eye for visual aesthetics and composition.
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring video content meets the highest standards of quality and aligns with brand guidelines.
• Time Management and Organization:
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain an organized library of footage, assets, and project files.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
