As an Electro-Mechanical Engineering Intern in Cranberry Township, PA, you will be part of the proven team in the Products Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. This position will allow a co-op to learn on the job by initially supporting and eventually leading in the development of execution of commercial grade dedication plas, witnesses of factory acceptance testing, performance of equipment qualification, design verification and new product development. Your Total Rewards Package
The range of base salary for the position is between $24.00 - $30.77 per hour, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.

JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES:
- 5+ years’ experience in technical packaging capacity, focused in the operations of Bowl Ready to Eat Packaging machinery.
- 1-3 years in a Supervisory Role is desired.
- Lean manufacturing experience
- Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert.
- Proven and/or demonstrated success in staff development.
- Experienced in establishing operator and food company training programs.
- Must have computer skills using a wide variety of software programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and oral.
- Must have the ability to make decisions, appear for work on time, follow directions, interact well with co-workers, understand, and follow posted work rules/procedures and to accept constructive criticism.
- Ability to work and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
PHYSIC _ AL REQUIREMENTS:_
- Work is performed in a cold environment with an average temperature of 34 degrees F. Concentrated chlorine and concealed ammonia is present. Work surfaces and floors may be wet.
- Employees are required to wear approved shoes and protective equipment.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted up to 1/3 of the workday, and 6 lbs. overhead as job demands. Constant standing on a concrete floor, reaching, bending, stooping, and repetitive hand movements may be required. Moving machinery, including conveyor and forklifts are in operation in the immediate area.
WORK HOUR & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have the ability to work beyond regular hours, weekends and holidays.
