JOB SUMMARY
The Vice President, Talent Acquisition is a critical role to support Company's growth goals and objectives. This role will establish and lead all facets of the Talent Acquisition process including sourcing, recruiting, university relations, proactive outreach and diversity programs including oversight of the Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) and recruitment metrics/analytics to achieve optimal workforce levels. This position requires a high level of collaboration across all levels and functions of the organization to proactively execute the Company's workforce planning strategies. This role reports directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and will lead a team of approximately 10 employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with senior leaders and HR leaders to develop comprehensive strategic recruiting plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall firm's business objectives and strategic goals
- Provide direct supervision and management of Talent Acquisition team with oversight of enterprise-wide recruitment. This includes providing direction and accountability to ensure consistent and strong support to operations in all aspects of Talent Acquisition
- Ensures consistency and compliance to MBI policies and processes related to the acquisition of talent; creates new policies and processes as required
- Partners with the VP, Talent Management and VP, Human Resources to identify strategic hires, support the succession planning for the business and implement workforce planning strategies
- Collaborates with the Total Rewards team on offer details to ensure competitiveness and that offers are well-positioned to attract top talent.
- Leads early career and intern programs to build talent pipeline and relationship with key universities.
- Supports Diversity and Inclusion activities to increase qualified candidate pool and build more diverse teams
- Plans and directs employment and recruiting programs, policies, and objectives to achieve optimal staffing levels
- Manages third-party recruitment strategies and engagements; brings additional partners to bear as needed for specialty searches
- Cultivates and manages relationships with industry vendors and technology partners to optimize the recruitment process and surface qualified candidates
- Reviews and selects appropriate technology for applicant tracking, sourcing and other related systems
- Plans, develops, and directs diversity strategies that meet organizational needs and is responsible for overall legal and regulatory compliance
- Establishes and implements inclusion outreach efforts that effectively communicate and support the firm's strategic vision
- Responsible for managing and adhering to the Talent Acquisition Budget
- Directs, plans, and executes on Executive Recruitment as it relates to Senior and Executive-level hiring, onboarding and immersion
EXPERIENCE
15+ years of direct experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting in an in-house (corporate) environment. At least 7 years in a recruiting leadership role with managerial responsibilities. Industry experience or recruitment experience within a consulting firm environment preferred. Experience as HR Business Partner a plus.
- Proven track record building and implementing strong processes within the TA team and across the business, utilizing change management principles
- Ability to tell a story with data, providing insights and actions from data
- Strong strategic thinking with experience building and deploying multi-year talent strategies
- Demonstrated ability to build strong university and association relationships to build diverse candidate slates and build a strong talent pipeline
- Demonstrated capability in utilizing strong interpersonal skills across all organizational levels
EDUCATION
BS or BA in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred

COMPENSATION
The approximate compensation range for this position is $175,000 to $250,000. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.
